Spouse Sponsorship

Canadian permanent residents who live in Canada and Canadian citizens that intend to move back to Canada can sponsor their spouse  to become a Permanent Resident through the Family Class program.  We will provide you with our experience and expertise in processing your application effectively and efficiently. Who can be sponsored?

As a Canadian citizen or Permanent Resident, one may sponsor a spouse or common law partner and his/her dependent children. You need to prove that your marriage is legally valid and in the case common law partnership in a relationship for at least one year.
